Added Color

Added Color is a 3 piece alternative/industrial rock band based in Brooklyn, NY. Born out of the violent, chaotic yet equally beautiful Sao Paulo, Brazil, brothers Daniel and Kiko grew up absorbing Brazil’s unique rhythmic and musical richness. They brought these influences to Brooklyn, NY, where they met Tim to create the hard hitting, emotional rollercoaster that is Added Color. The band shines with their 3 singers, who together create rich harmonic landscapes, backed by a powerful rhythm section that draws from rock/metal, electronic, new wave and their Brazilian roots.

Modest Goddess

Modest Goddess—the brainchild of Northern Virginia-based musicians Izzy Burke, Sam Elliott, Davis Sacks, and Jae Smith—emerged fully-formed from the members’ collective forehead (“four-head”?) in the spring of 2023 with an unquenchable zeal for peace, love, and rock & roll. Their sound blends elements of folk, funk, and indie rock to yield songs that are emotionally resonant and eminently groove-able. Baritone-wielding lead vocalist Burke’s incisive and sincere lyrics combine with the vocals and rhythmic precision of drummer Elliott, Sacks’ evocative lead guitar, and Smith’s tenacious and tender bass playing to produce foot-stomping, ass-kicking, pants-pissingly good tunes.

Big Big Toe

Big Big Toe is a four piece band from DC blending psychedelic garage punk with alt funk rock. Themes of indignation are balanced with themes of optimism to deliver
an energetic message to focus on the important things in life. Their song Giving It All Away can be heard on Bandcamp, but look out for their first EP in early 2024.
