HINYL

Darien Gautier and Steven Homme began collaborating in 2018, drawing inspiration from a shared love of disco and 80s pop. After two years of workshopping, they eventually formed HINYL. Featuring Gautier on vocals and Homme on production, HINYL (acronym : HE IS NOT YOUR LOVER) presents a fresh sonic blend of disco, funk pop, and electro R&B. Their latest TECHNICOLOR - EP, offers classic funky grooves that are instantly dance-floor ready. They are currently expanding their presence in the Washington DC area and are very excited to perform at The Pocket, after a stellar show at Gramophone Lounge in October.
