Egypt, a New Jersey native and Brooklyn-based creative, is an expert in community cultivation, recognized for her ability to connect diverse groups through curated events. After years of attending Brooklyn events, she envisioned a space that celebrates prominent Black artists and emerging talent while promoting meaningful, alcohol-free interactions.
This vision led to the creation of Listening is Fundamental, a series inspired by her passion for music sampling that bridges past and present sounds. Her events preserve hip-hop and R&B culture while fostering shared human experiences.
