Dave Eats Mud

Nature, aggression, and melody had a love child, and they named it Dave Eats Mud. We are 4 hip dudes of varying good looks from Washington, DC. Our music is your generic 4-on-the-floor mid tempo melodic green punk, with a lyrical focus on plants, animals, and all wonderful things inbetween.

We Capillaries

We Capillaries was assembled to perform the unique sounding, weirdo rock songs of guitarist and vocalist Pierre Davis. They have played Fort Reno, DC9 and Galaxy Hut. Wild saxophone from Jimmy Kreutzer adds color to the rhythm section of Marco Morales and Davis White.

No One Sphere

‘Isn’t Everything About Something’ (which heavily pays homage to ‘90s alternative/indie rock) has been a 5 year (and, some change) love affair with the recording studio for the Washington D.C. based music project No One Sphere. The project has Dave Mann at the helm of all the songwriting and decision making. And, Mann often finds that making decisions can take longer than the length of one presidential term.

This particular album (which happens to be No One Sphere’s debut) was recorded with Jarrett Nicolay over at Mixtape Studios in Alexandria, VA. Mann would send his demos to Nicolay, who would end up learning the songs and translating them into studio recordings by tracking all of the instruments. Mann would then show up at the studio to track vocals after the instruments were tracked.

Mann is currently working with multiple producers on multiple albums and is looking to release the 2nd album on July, 7, 2023.

Old Knife

Old Knife is a trio of musicians in Northern Virginia making music inspired by DCHC, NYHC, Post Punk and No Wave hallmarks. A wood and wire aesthetic inhabits songs that dissect mental, political and spiritual illness in contemporary society. Old Knife's music will cut you to the bone. Maddie Franca plays Bass; Martin Gamache (Lockjaw) plays Drums; V.J. Hyde (Go Home Robot, The Notes and Scratches) plays Guitar and sings.
