Trash Boat and The Ambush
Trash Boat and the Ambush are a DC based group that mix straightforward punk, alt country and the folk punk of the early 2000's. Fiercely political, but not without a sense of humor, their anarchist propaganda covers the personal, the global, and everything in between, with arrangements that include a classic power trio, a four piece horn section, plus the occasional banjo and singing saw.

Pat Possum of Dead Possum Girlfriend brings Shanties, Punk, and Irish American Folk music together for a look into the past and present.
Thee Trashcan
Thee Trashcan is the solo project of Milo Paul, frontperson for garage bands Turb, Fleabath, post-punk outfit Other Victorians, and former guitarist of anarcho-hardcore band Laughing At The Void. Drawing from that multitude of punk subgenres, Milo infuses their queer identity into their love for folk music to produce a sound that is uniquely their own. While they would love to be referred as the posterchild for Post-Garage-Folkcore, they’ll gladly accept being known as a Queer Folk Punker!
