East Coast Offense
East Coast Offense (or ‘ECO’ for short) is an alternative rock band that formed in VA in late 2019. ECO pulls inspiration from a wide variety of bands such as Wolf Alice, Evanescence, Radiohead, and Slowdive. They create catchy, hard-hitting songs about love, loss, and the frustrations of life today. ECO has rocked the stage at various venues — including The Pie Shop (DC), Jammin Java (VA), and Rockwood Music Hall (NYC) — delivering their unique blend of alternative rock everywhere they go.
East Coast Offense is currently working on recording an EP, which will hopefully be released by 2024.
Higher Numbers
Higher Numbers formed in 2014 after finding each other in 7DrumCity's Flashband project. From there, founding members (brother guitarists David and Daniel Rothman and bassist Matt Febles) started writing original songs that represent the members' influences, ranging from classic rock, metal, to funk. Adding Ginny Hill on vocals and Mitch Bass on drums started a new era for Higher Numbers, now sounding like Alanis Morrisette meets Rage Against the Machine (other major influences!). In 2022, the Higher Numbers won Jammin' Java's Band Battle #23 and was a Finalist in the Wammie Awards for Best Hard Rock Group. Stream Higher Numbers songs on all platforms, and lookout for two new releases in summer 2023!
