The Neuro Farm
The Neuro Farm is a darkwave gothic rock band based in Washington DC. Combining vocal harmony with soaring violin melodies, driving rhythm guitar, and ethereal sonic textures, their music has been described as hauntingly beautiful. The Neuro Farm draws on influences such as Joy Division, Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Sigur Ros, Chelsea Wolfe, Portishead, and Rammstein.
51 Peg
51 Peg is a synth rock band from the DMV whose cathartic blend of alt and industrial rock sound is built upon both the analog past and digital future. Inspired by acts such as Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, The Cure and Deftones, the band has forged it’s own brand of heart wrenching melodies and foundation shaking distortion.
Jaguardini
Jaguardini treats music like a science project, combining the sounds of old video games and synthesizers to create a live blend of energetic synth pop and lofi dark wave. Paired with desperate vocals, Jaguardini manipulates a gameboy, a vocoder, synths, and an electric guitar with a CRT TV on his head to bring to life the sounds of low budget 80’s synth action movie soundtracks. As a 1 man act, Jaguardini draws inspiration from John Carpenter's Retro Horror scores, Crystal Castles, Dan Deacon, Skinny Puppy, Kraftwerk, and Pink Floyd.
